bulk cement tanker series is designed for transporting dry cement, fly ash, and other powdered bulk materials, serving construction companies, concrete mixing plants, and mining enterprises. As a supplier certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, we focus on sealing and unloading efficiency: the tank body features a seamless steel structure design (Q355 steel, 12mm thick) and is coated with a special epoxy resin coating (to prevent powder adhesion), ensuring zero material residue after unloading. The pneumatic unloading system (driven by a 160 horsepower air compressor) enables rapid unloading – 50 tons of cement can be unloaded in 15 minutes, reducing waiting time at construction sites. Key features include a fluidized bed (made of porous steel plates) that evenly distributes air to prevent material bridging (a common problem with ordinary tankers), and a pressure gauge (for real-time monitoring of internal pressure). Customization options include tank capacity (30-50 cubic meters), a portable air compressor (for construction sites without power), and a dust removal system (to meet environmental standards). Our bulk cement tankers are exported to markets such as India, Australia, and Southeast Asia – a Vietnamese construction company ordered 30 units for a highway project.
